Alex Santoyo Joins the Life Pointe team

I’m rolling out the welcome mat for a new team member at Life Pointe, Alex Santoyo.

Alex is leaving the band, Salvador where he was the percussionist to lead our youth ministry.  I’m expecting big things…can’t wait for him to get here this Sunday.  We selected Alex because he brings a hunger, tenacity, a lot of potential, and a demonstration that he isn’t afraid to put it all on the line for the cause of Jesus and the youth of our city.

I’m really glad to welcome him and to let you guys know about the new guy on the team.  There will be a “Welcome to Homestead Party” for him at my house next Wednesday from 7-8:30.  Bring a gift if you like.  But, most of all come ready to have a blast.  To get directions and to get in, you have to RSVP to Paul Hollifield.  Give him your info and the number in your party and you can get in if there is room left.

  1. Our GOD is always on time…I have been ministering to the youth in my neighborhood (some have asked to go to church) It is long overdue Pastor Travis but a couple of months ago I mentioned “The Dare to be a Daniel ” series put out Franklin Graham to Benita…mind you it was only an idea…well she ordered it , PAID for it and delivered it to my house back in November. I just wanted to let you know, but I think you already know what a blessing they are. The youth are soooo hungry for TRUTH , ACCEPTANCE, LOVE and something worthy to STAND for. I am really excited about Alex coming and what HE is going to do thru him. The youth in Homestead is really in a bad and sad state. If he is anything like Jesse…look out Life-pointe.

  2. Travis,

You are doing what you do best:

Empowering people, and setting them free to be used of God.

    Way to go, dude!

If you ever need a “minister” to Senior Citizens…give me a call…we can work something out. I work cheap….

    Awasome sound.

  5. Pastor Travis,

Be Bless! You won’t regret recruiting Alex to your team. Alex worked great with our youth in Chicago. Alex is very faithful and supportive.

I am so excited to see all the great things God will continue do with Life Pointe Church.
